IAR Photography

Ivan Ramirez self-taught photographer was born in Guadalajara, Mexico. An Electrical Engineer by profession, Ivan’s affair with photography started three years ago when he was asked by a friend to photograph her for a promo. Since then, photography became his hobby that grew into a part time profession.  His photography involves all types (Portraits, Glamour, Conceptual, Fashion, Nature and Artistic); some of his work has been published in HUSTLER Magazine, FORUM and ECLIPSE Magazine. This year most of Ivan’s projects have for the most part focused on what some consider “edgy” and fetish themes. Ivan currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area where he subsists on beer, Mexican food and Anime flicks. When not shooting or pretending to work, he dreams about what to shoot next, painting and attempting to balance the universe.
